Bounty Killer Entertainment

So do you all remember the artist we met named PolkaDat?  Well one evening we invited him and his friend over for dinner.  I was in Jamaica with my son at the time and we linked up with another Canadian girl at the apartment she was renting in Ochi.  These two guys did all the cooking for the three of us and they also gave quite the performance.  I swear I run into the most random people in my travels and these guys were no exception.

First up, we feverishly enjoyed the curry chicken, calalloo and rice and peas they whipped up.  I mean, who couldn’t like that?

The amazing food was fuel for our fun evening of music that followed, which turned into freestyles and Bounty Killer impressions!  PolkaDat and Silver Ice (I think that was his name) were totally entertaining and I thought the impersonations were pretty good!  How is it that every Jamaican seems to be a chef AND an entertainer?

Enjoy the video!
